You can reopen the HTML file anytime to create new schedules. Your original file will always be blank and ready for new planning.

Saving Your Work

To save a completed schedule, use the “Print” button and select “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print dialog. This creates a permanent copy of your current schedule.

Printing Tips

For best results, print in color and consider laminating the schedule for reuse with dry-erase markers. You can also print the blank template for manual completion.

Why doesn’t the interactive version work when I save it as PDF?

PDF files are static documents that don’t support interactive features. When you save as PDF, you’re creating a snapshot of your current schedule that can be printed but not edited.

Will this work on my computer?

If you have a modern web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (installed on most computers by default), then yes! The template works on both Windows and Mac computers.

How do I print my schedule?
